One of the fun things about being a parent is seeing your kids experience things for the first time. I have been dying to take Cayson to the zoo for this very reason. He loves being outside and he LOVES animals. Last Wed just so happened to be free zoo day and since it was such a gorgeous day we jumped at the opportunity of going. My friend Heidi and her kids and Samantha and her kids joined us. We had a great time! Cayson would go from place to place and window to window and point and smiled. He loved every minute of it.

Cayson is little Mr. Independent these days. He did not want to go in the stroller so he decided he would push it. He pushed this all the way up the super steep hill. What a silly boy.

He already loves them and tries to do anything he can to win them over.

This baby monkey hung out in the back of the cage until he saw Cayson by the window. For some reason he decided he needed a closer look. He came and just stared at Cayson. Cayson loved it!
How lucky am I to be able to stay home and watch this little guy grow up! Life doesn't get any better than this!
