Oh boy I am so far behind! I can't believe I haven't posted Easter yet…
It's funny how fun holidays seem to be when there is a little one to enjoy it with. This Easter was no exception.
It started with a fabulous Easter party at Grandma and Grandpa Rhodes. Brielle and Taylee happened to be in town. Cayson loved being able to spend time with them!
This was Cayson's first Easter egg hunt and yet somehow he knew that those eggs had food in them. He picked up his first one, opened it, and started eating. He didn't care about finding any more. He just knew he had FOOD. That's my boy!
Saturday we had our traditional Burraston Family party. We enjoyed coloring eggs, visiting with each other, finding eggs, and eating yummy food. We love this tradition!
Kyle had this creepy turkey in his back yard that kept chasing us.
Sunday (Easter) Ryan and Cayson enjoyed finding their baskets. I hid Ryan's really well, to the point he had to play the hot and cold game to find it. I was proud! Ryan was just excited to actually have some chocolate in the house.
We ate dinner at Ryan's parents. It was delicious and a perfect ending to a perfect day!
(I could have sworn I took pictures of the day but who knows what I did with them. Well, it was a fun day anyway!)
