St George

The weekend before Easter we took a trip down south to spend time with Granny and bask in the warm weather.

Our plan was to spend time at Zion's National Park, but as parents we are quickly learning that with kids things never go as you plan. Cayson got too tired too fast.

So instead we hung out with Granny, spent time at the park, and went on a little hike.

Cayson sure enjoyed our little hike. When we would pass the little flowers he would bend down to sniff them.

We happened to be in town for the Kite Festival. This is a town activity for the kids where they can play games, fly kites, eat, and play. Cayson loved it!

The park was also a big hit…

Even dad was out having fun!

Being a Biggest Loser fan I had to stop by the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge and take a peak!

Granny spoiled us with lots of yummy food!

Ryan was our chef one night! He sure knows how to grill up some delicious grub!

Cayson was too lazy to sit at the table, instead he lounged and signed more until dad brought him another bite.

Before we could go home, we had to challenge Granny to a game of Yahtzee. As you can see I completely kicked their butts!

All in all we had a fabulous time! We sure love visiting Granny!
