At the beginning of May, Ryan and I took a little break from life and spent a week in sunny Florida!
Our plane ride was absolutely wonderful… well at least for me. I rode first class- both ways! Thanks to my sweet husband that gave up his seat for me! Normally I am scared out of my mind to fly but thanks to drugs and plenty of sitting room it wasn't that bad at all!
The first day we spent in Sea World.
We loved all the shows… especially this whale one!
Aren't the pengiuns adorable?!?
The dolphin show was wonderful as well! Could you imagine having a job like this girl does?
I am so jealous!
Yes, we really were this close to the dolphins.
On Sunday we went and walked around Downtown Disney
I must admit I am a Disney fan! Where else can you be an adult and feel like a kid!
This is all made out of legos… impressive!
Isn't the man next to Mr. Potato head so adorable?!?
Later that day we went to visit the Orlando Temple. Unfortunately the gates were locked so we just saw it from the outside.
On Monday we went to Universal Studios. We were a bit disappointed because there were two parks to choose to go in to and we went to the "boring" side.
But at least they had the Simpsons… which completed Ryan's trip! He is a huge Homer fan!
On our final day we visited Magic Kingdom. We both had a blast as you can tell by the smile on our faces!
The park really wasn't that crowded. We only waited in line about ten minutes for all the rides! Perfect time of year to go!
The Toy Story ride was one of our favorite rides. It took us some time to figure out but as we rode we got to shoot the targets and get points… Ryan kicked my butt!
The trip ended quickly and wasn't nearly long enough but I must admit… the entire time we were there I was excited to go back with our kids one day!
That being said, it was so nice to spend time with Ryan without any other distractions! My mom took Cayson for the week… what a saint! Thanks Mom! We sure love and appreciate you!
